By downloading or using Dhoom Nacho (also marketed as Doom Dance), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is operated by Prasanna Kadam (Individual Developer) — dev.prasanna.kadam@gmail.com.
Dhoom Nacho is a digital wellbeing app that encourages physical activity by requiring you to complete a short dance break before accessing selected apps. It uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when a selected app is launched.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You sign in via Clerk (email or Google). You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Notify us at dev.prasanna.kadam@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to:
To function, the app requires Android's Accessibility Service permission. This permission is used only to detect when a selected app is launched and to display the dance overlay. We do not read, record, or transmit the content of other apps.
The app includes an optional feature that lets you record yourself during a dance break using your device's camera, and optionally its microphone. This feature is off by default and the camera only starts when you tap Record.
Recordings are stored only on your device and are deleted when you delete them or uninstall the app. Because we never hold a copy, we cannot recover a recording you have lost or deleted.
The app displays ads via Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by Google and is subject to Google's terms and policies.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Dhoom Nacho encourages light physical movement ("dance breaks") for wellbeing, motivation, and entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and is not a substitute for professional advice. Consult a physician before using the app if you are pregnant, have any medical or physical condition, or are otherwise unsure whether physical activity is safe for you. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, or shortness of breath. Movement is always optional — never perform any movement that feels unsafe.
Physical movement carries inherent risks. By choosing to perform dance breaks, you voluntarily accept responsibility for moving within your own physical limits and for the safety of your surroundings, and you agree that the Developer is not responsible for injuries or losses resulting from your participation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Prasanna Kadam (the "Developer") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any personal injury, arising from your use of the app or your participation in any movement or activity it encourages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified via an in-app notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
